How it works…
Your metal building kit will be shipped directly to your location. If you do not already have a preferred installer, I can provide a list of vetted metal building erection crews. All building materials must be offloaded by the customer upon delivery.

What’s Included
- Pre-engineered metal building kit, manufactured and shipped according to project specifications
- Engineered metal building drawings, stamped as required for permitting and construction
- Building components including framing, panels, trim, fasteners, and standard accessories per quote
- Coordination and support during the building kit ordering process
- Installer referrals provided upon request if the customer does not already have a preferred metal building erection crew
- Assistance with general project guidance related to metal building scope and sequencing
What’s Not Included
- Concrete slab and foundation work (customer must select and hire a qualified concrete contractor)
- Engineering, design, or preparation of concrete slab plans (to be completed by the customer’s concrete contractor using the provided building drawings)
- Site preparation, grading, dirt work, soil testing, or drainage
- Permits, inspections, zoning approvals, or local jurisdictional requirements
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, or utilities unless specifically stated in writing
- Interior build-out, finishes, or tenant improvements
- Cranes, forklifts, or equipment required to offload materials
- Offloading of building materials at delivery (customer responsibility)
- Insurance, temporary facilities, or jobsite security
- Any work or materials not explicitly listed in the written quote or agreement
